language arts:
1. design book cover [by friday]
2. TKAM proj [by monday]
commonwealth still not sure when hand up. we should really ask mr lee about it..

math:
1. worksheet QE1 [by tuesday]
2. study for a quiz, mrs wong is not going to tell us exactly when. so just prepare:D

1) Consider between TwoDozenKnives and TwoDozenDinosaurs. I know alot of people want knives but think CAREFULLY... Do you really want to be called knives? D:

3) Do your duty! Even though the duty roster is not up on the notice board yet I think you should know your duties. Class rules starts applying from next week onwards!

4) Send papers that are going to be put up on the noticeboard (such as Duty Roster, Class Rules and CCM) to Fiona. She will edit it to match the colours of the noticeboards so don't print them out if you're in charge of them!

XD otherwise you can combine with someone else to pay together or something, I don't know. o_O but try to give in notes not coins please. otherwise me or ms lye'll have to carry around a heavy envelope of coins and you don't want that do you. :D and go vote whether you wanna pick or ballot or whatever, I suppose.

ohyeah. since you have one whole week to pay, people who pay after LUNCH on FRIDAY will have to pay a fine of... um... $2. yeah. then next time you're late [it's per month anyway. you shouldn't be late.] you'll have to pay a fine of $4. then $6. etc. so please don't be late. :D after all you do have one whole week.

Okay, I see some confusion on the tagboard.
I'll be coming tomorrow to meet you guys at at Pasir Ris at 12. (I'll try to be there earlier, though) Then from there we will have to take bus (i'm not very sure, but we'll see >.<) to the chalet, or if you guys want to walk around first (but your stuff i think its quite heavy, so...).

So far I haven't received any confirmations other than from Danielle, so please tell me if you can't get what you are supposed to bring, then I can help to bring too.

Please remember to bring enough money, I think $10 would be good, but $5 would do fine if you can't bring too much. It's for emergency, like if it suddenly rains and we need to take taxi, or if we're hungry in the middle of the night and need to order in. Also remember to bring your ezlink, because we will be taking public transport.

CLASS CHALET PLANNING
Please bring sleeping bags. The beds will the given to the teachers to be fair.
Day 1
10.00am – Escape Theme Park

Escape theme park
- Parents who are FairPrice Plus Card (Debit or Credit)Members must be present and help us buy tickets because there is an offer. Price will be split and returned. Refer to the website for more info.
- People with member parents (min. 2):
- You can come later, like after 10, but we need to meet you at the gate to give you your ticket so call _______(WHO WANTS TO BE AN I/C, I’M GOING TRAINING) and Fiona.
- We’re bringing our bags and food so everyone has to pay for their own lockers, unless yo u find someone to share with. The lockers aren’t exactly humongous. For computers, etc, I suggest you ask the customer service.

Water Games
- Since it will be rather hot then, water games will be nice! And be prepared to get wet, kay? Anyway you’re going to bathe later.

- We will split into a few groups, most probably two, and fill up plastic bags with string with water and tie them. Then we put them in plastic bags, the big kind, and bring them out to play.

Bathing time + Song Session
- There will be two(?) toilets or one toilet and in case, we put 3 hours for bathing time, which is 10 minutes for everybody(taken that there will be 18 people bathing).
- The people going home, you can choose not to bathe. This way, people can have more time to enjoy a bath.
- We can bathe to register number. This way, you don’t need to queue up. And have time to play.
- We can share shampoos and soaps.
- Those who are not bathing can sing songs, and fool around, like dance or something. Or if you want to read, go ahead. It’s chill out time, guys! Woots!

- We will split into a few groups, most probably two, and fill up plastic bags with string with water and tie them. Then we put them in plastic bags, the big kind, and bring them out to play.

Bathing time + Song Session
- There will be two(?) toilets or one toilet and in case, we put 3 hours for bathing time, which is 10 minutes for everybody(taken that there will be 18 people bathing).

- We can bathe to register number. This way, you don’t need to queue up. And have time to play.
- We can share shampoos and soaps.

I think we're all getting very confused about what to sell ._.

Firstly, the proposal that Ping Ghee handed in stated that we were going to sell handmade flowers and goodybags.

BUT. Another class is selling flowers, and on top of that, we haven't started making the flowers yet. Except for callie, who has made some.

SO! We are selling goodybags, and the flower selling thing hasn't been decided yet. A few of us have also agreed to sell cookies instead of flowers on that day.

WHAT WE CAN DO:
1. Sell goodybags and flowers(not much profit will be earned)
OR
2. Sell goodybags and cookies
OR
3. Sell goodybags, cookies AND flowers. (we can sell them in combos, like.. flower and goodybag for a certain price, etc, you get what i mean right)

4. sell goodybags and flowers, put the cookies in the goodybags (which is not quite feasible, the cookies might.. soften and stuff)

Today we had fun making goody bags in McDonalds.

After the we-cannot-enter-nyps-because-of-stupid-reasons incident, we had to move all the way to McDonalds. It was tiring, BUT WE MADE IT!

After eating, we just kept making goody bags. We bought scotch tapes and scissors (because we didnt have enough of them). And we bought extra wrapping paper by accident. By the way we spent a total of $51.25 on all the tibits in the goody bags.

So in the end we made a grand total of... 58 PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY GOODIE GOODY BAGS!

This would not be possible if we did not have the help of 9 very special people:

i think we won't be meeting up tomorrow, because there is practically nothing to buy. people who have face towel can volunteer to bring them on wednesday during rehearsal.
On that day of rehearsal just wear class tee/pe tee/white tee + dark coloured bermudas/shorts/jeans. i think even if you wear wrongly it would be okay since it is only rehearsals. try not to wear stuff that are very extremely eye-catching. you can wear your stuff straight to school i think.
so yeah. the fishes are dying. if you are feeling high just help to make some. if you are feeling lazy just leave them alone.

So basically in the morning, we have fruit hunt! We go around the school hunting for fruits. btw, only on the first floor okay! And there will be two(?) people from each class, waiting at the canteen to collect fruits from everyone. That means we can spread around, and you have to empty your fruits at the canteen where the two people are.
The two people could be.. Wan Lin? since she hurt her toe and Vanessa? since she said she hurt her leg or something. D:

Some people canno decide what CDs to bring. Thanks for being so enthusiastic but... are you sure you guys want dramas? We only have a night, people. But anyway, Wanqing is trying to decide whether to bring: August Rush, CJ7, Ice Age, 老师嫁老大,我在政府部门的日子,宫野蛮王妃,爱情魔发师,星苹果乐园,微笑pasta, 我的女孩, 黑糖玛奇朵,恶作剧之吻,换换爱,浪漫满屋,恶魔在身边,终极一家,恶女阿楚,转角遇到爱 and some other quite old dramas and some english shows that i have not watched before. Quite a lot. Thanks Wanqing. I have Goong, so if anyone wants, just say and please request wanqing to bring at most 3 CDs on the tagboard. I shall count the votes.

We will not be bringing the barbeque thing by ourselves but buying them after escape in the Shop N Save in White Sands Mall (thanks to JunHui's research). We will assign certain people to find certain things and pay together, after we collate money. But we need a shopping list. So please try and come up with one and send me. thanks.

Oh. And I know I'm bringing quite little stuff, like no food or anything. But just to tell you I'm coming back from Taiwan on 1am 24 November and the chalet is on 25 november. So I'll be rather tired. - Chocolate Cake: we need someone to check who can get a 1.5kg chocolate cake for a cheap price. And we want a parent to send it over.

- We will split into a few groups, most probably two, and fill up plastic bags with string with water and tie them. Then we put them in plastic bags, the big kind, and bring them out to play.

- There will be two(?) toilets or one toilet and in case, we put 3 hours for bathing time, which is 10 minutes for everybody(taken that there will be 18 people bathing).

- We can bathe to register number. This way, you don’t need to queue up. And have time to play.
- We can share shampoos and soaps.

This is what nat and I have come up with so far. Please volunteer to bring that you can bring. of course, if too many people bring something, don't vonlunteer for that. And if you don't bring, too bad. We will force you to bring something. You have to buy or borrow if you don't have. So it's best to bring something you have. First comes first serves. Email natalie and me what your bringing, for which activity, and the quantity. You can tag but you still have to email. Because it will get flushed. I will update often to keep you guys notified on who's bringing what.

I know some people cannot stay. And it's perfectly reasonable. Just that you still have to pay, because the rest of us who tried so hard to convince our parents to let us stay the night will have to pay more, making it a minus point, and then no one will stay the night anymore. And most activities are indoors too. Not just sleeping. And we're paying for the facilities, not just the house.

Oh. Other than this, you still have to send a list of things you think we might need and a list of things you can bring by saturday night. The rain plan isn't out yet. so please help us. Jia you people. =D

Sooooo about class chalet we're having it from 25th to 26th/27th, depending on what y'all want, because the check in time's around 2-8pm and the check out time is around 9-11AM. So it's abit short if it's 2d1n. But anyway we need to organise stuff to do as well! Like play bball (haha if i'm not wrong there's a bball court there) and the children-at-heart people can go play in the playground :D and we can have a bbq on the first/second night(if there is) too, possibly the first cos that's Amelia's birthday! So we'll get like.. cake and stuff yup so when all the dates and stuff are decided and eoys are over we'll have LOADS of time so can we please discuss this? Thanks. food : Pizza (1 veg 2 hawaiian? Can change), Potato salad(we were hoping the group who made this for home ec. could do this), Potato chips(Anyone can bring this), Pies(2 of them, fiona's bringing them)

We could make a gift to the teachers, like.. fold roses and give them to each teacher in a bunch or fold stars and put the in bottles? Something handmade would be nice, heartfelt and cheap(: Then then then we could have potluck or something, some people bring some food, then the rest of us can chip in and order pizza. Yup!

I checked out the changi site and they said max per night is 8 -.- for one chalet. So unless we can successfully smuggle in the other 14 of us, we have to book at least 3 chalets :\

Haha hello. I was thinking, if you all don't mind we can have a cozy corner. Okay, maybe not this year but maybe next year, because this year's almost gone, yknow. But just to plan or something :\ Or we can do it now, there's still quite some time till school's out, and we can do an alphabet mat or something idk.

Oh yes, I was thinking that instead of jacket day we can have soft toy day or something. Because, jacket day is unlikely to be carried out as those without cca jackets have to wear those blazer like things which most of us don't like, so yeah. Because the old jackets aren't considered as part of our uniform): Haha, so yesh we can have soft toy day. I'm not asking much of you, just to bring a soft toy i don't care how big you can toss them all around the classroom as much as you like o_o and please note that there is a difference between a soft toy and a keychain :\

Also, swap identity day MIGHT be carried out but we must take into consideration whether or not the teachers might get irritated or not so yeah. Uhm uhm uhm and and and we will have a teachers' day party! next month rah. Ohohohoh and who knows when international friendship day is (yes i know i'm ne rep @.@) we can all bombard grace with letters on that day. Take note: letters, not emails.

I can't think of anything else, geez. The next time it rains can we all go and play in it :D

Hello everyone. I've gotten the we are one score. Yay! Oh, I'm sorry to say this, but I've noticed that some people from our class are just not serious about this. AND, our class has gone from an A grade to E grade for cleanliness. I hope everyone does their duty. PLEASE DO.

For the teachers' day audition for we are one, WQ's "gang" (which excludes wanlin who at least has been trying to sing), if you don't listen to our warnings when we ask you to stop playing and actually SING, I will not photocopy the scores for you.

I'm very serious about this. This applies to everyone else. We are going to sing like a choir on stage, and if you're going to tikum-tikum, those people who are not serious will sing solo one by one till we are satisfied. And those peeps without scores will look like idiots. I'm not being rude or slandering these people, just warning you. And WQ's "gang", if you're going to keep playing and not practise with us, I shall make MINCED meat out of you. -..-

Or you could just deal with the embarassment of singing solo, in front of the whole class.
