maths training sabbaticals + md performance

So far, the people who haven't told me if they're going for the maths training sabbaticals (which, by the way, are COMPULSORY if you've been selected) are (in reg. numbers):

2, 6, 7, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 23.

Also for MD concert, a lot more people haven't responded. In reg. numbers, they are:

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 14, 16, 17, 19 and 22.
